   Randall Eugene Robie, 20, of Racine, Ohio passed away on October 30, 2016 at Cabell Huntington Hospital.  He was born on March 4, 1996 in Pt. Pleasant son of Randy Eugene Robie and Michelle Dawn Shamblin Robie.
   Randall was a 2014 graduate of Wahama High School.  He was a member of Laborer Local 207.
   He is survived by his parents, Randy and Michelle Robie; brother, Jacob Robie; sister, Tory Robie; grandmothers, Sue Moore and Cindy Robie; aunts and uncles, Erica and Chris Smith, Kelly Drummer and Susie and Dave Jeffers; cousins, Kamryn Smith, Dylan Smith, Ashley Bush, Chelsea Jeffers, Faith Jeffers, Chandler Drummer, Talon Drummer and Arrow Drummer.
   He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Robert Eugene Robie and Roger Shamblin; his grandmother, Jeanie Robie, and his cousin, Jordan Smith.
   A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at 2:00pm with Pastor Jeff Mayfield officiating at the Anderson Funeral Home in New Haven.  Visiting hours will be one hour prior to the service.
